Biographie

Edith Ginglinger est Professeur de finance à l’Université Paris-Dauphine. Ses enseignements et  ses travaux de recherche s’inscrivent dans les domaines de la finance d’entreprise, de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises et de la gouvernance des entreprises. Elle est l’auteur de plusieurs ouvrages, ainsi que de nombreux articles dans des revues internationales, en particulier Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, International Review of Law and Economics. Elle a co-dirigé la chaire de recherche FBF-Dauphine-HEC « Finance d’entreprise » et a été membre du conseil scientifique de l’AMF. Elle a présidé le jury du concours national d’agrégation pour le recrutement de professeurs des universités en Sciences de gestion en 2014-2015. Elle a été Vice-doyenne de la recherche à PSL en 2016-2017, et Vice-présidente « Finance et soutenabilité financière » de l'Université Paris-Dauphine de 2016 à 2020.
