Biography

Aurore Haas is Assistant Professor at University Paris-Dauphine. She holds a MSc from HEC Paris and an MBA from Chicago Booth (University of Chicago). Aurore prepared her doctorate at University Paris-Dauphine. After obtaining her doctorate, she worked for three years as Assistant Professor at Skema Business School, where she co-founded the Knowledge & Collaborative Intelligence Circle. Previously, Aurore worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company and was VP Project Management at General Electric.

The research interests of Aurore are organizational learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing, in diverse contexts. Her articles have been published in scientific journals including Journal of Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, and Management International. She is also an active member of several professional and research associations on learning organizations.
