Fabien Blanchot is full professor of Strategic Management at Université Paris-Dauphine, Paris, France He is Head of Management and Regulations Research Team, scientific director of the Trust, Cooperation and Management Chair, HRM MBA director, co-head of the Master's degree in Human Resource Management, director of the Lebanon International Paris MBA, coordinator of the IP MBA of Paris-Dauphine University (Algeria, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Madagascar, Morocco, Indian Ocean, Senegal, Tunisia), diector of the "Management and cooperation" certificate, diector of the "Quality fo life at work and Management" certificate, and co-director of the "Trust and Management" certificate,. His research and publications focus on strategic alliances and mergers, on the dynamics of inter-firm cooperation and on management, including intercultural management and trust management. Its interventions (initial training, executive education, conferences, consulting) focus on strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, strategic management, international and intercultural management, the fabric of HR policies, organization, management and leadership. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Paris Dauphine - PSL, Chairman of the User Disciplinary Section, a member of the DRM Board, a member of the MSO Board, a member of the Paris Dauphine Management Recruitment Commission and associate editor of Management International (a Canadian Academic Review). He has held numerous leadership positions at Paris-Dauphine University: Vice-President of the University (2012-2016), President of the Ethics, Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Committee, editor-in-chief of the Paris-Dauphine letter, responsible for the EQUIS accreditation process (2008-2014). In addition, he was an expert at the Agency for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (AERES), APM Expert and vice-president of ASAP France (Association of Strategic Alliances Professionals). Fabien Blanchot is a former auditor of the Institute of Higher Studies for Science and Technology (IHEST, 2017-2018 Jeanne Barret promotion). He is Officer  in the Order of Academic Palms (2017 promotion).
