Title: «Essay on the modeling and forecasting of residential house prices, rents and returns in France and Europe»

Alexis is graduated of a master degree in applied economics from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University. He also did an Erasmus exchange in the Carlos III University in Madrid (Spain). He also had an experience as analyst and lecturer in the academic sector. Today, he is a Ph.D student in CIFRE (French convention for industrial research) in Paris Dauphine in partnership with BNP Paribas Real Estate. Alexis Pourcelot is now doing his Ph.D in Management sciences on the modeling and forecasting of residential house prices, rents and returns in France and Europe.

Research are supervised by Arnaud Simon, Senior lecturer, with habilitation to direct theses (DRM-FINANCE) The aim of this thesis is to study the residential market in terms of prices, rents and returns heterogeneity as well as tenure choice in France and Europe.
