Benoit has a master degree in Statistical ingeeniring from the University Paris Panthéon-Assas and a master degree in Econometrics, Banking and Finance and Finance from the Aix Marseille School of Economics. Now, he is doing his PhD with the University Paris Dauphine and BNP Paribas Real Estate
This thesis is supervied by Pr. Alain Coën (ESG-UQAM) and Arnaud Simon, Senior Lecturer – Maitre de conférences, with habilitation to direct theses (DRM-FINANCE). The aim of the thesis is to study the commercial real estate market and more specifically the impact of unconventional monetary policies lead by the Central banks on office prices and risk premium at a pan european level.
