Yasmine Essafi is preparing her PhD in Management Science on the topic of residential real estate in France, under the supervision of Arnaud Simon, Senior Lecturer – Maitre de conférences, with habilitation to direct theses (DRM-FINANCE). The research focuses on the dynamics of residential properties’ prices and the influence of recent demographic trends on price formation and territorial differentiation. A chapter on the attractiveness of investing in housing, as part of a multi-assets portfolio, complets this research.
