Title: «Dynamique des prix du marché de l'immobilier résidentiel en France : Production et évaluation de l'information immobilière»

Yasmine Essafi, who holds a master's degree in finance from Paris Dauphine University, is currently a CIFRE PhD student at DRM Finance, in collaboration with BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE. Yasmine began her professional career at Meilleuragents.com as part of the scientific team to work on the development of their online residential properties expertise model. She subsequently joined BNPPRE as the French residential market analyst, a position that allows her to refine her knowledge of the global housing market environment. In conjunction with her academic and professional work, Yasmine teaches at Paris Dauphine University and Paris Est Créteil University. She also conducts research that results in publications in peer-reviewed journals, as well as various presentations at international conferences.

Yasmine Essafi is preparing her PhD in Management Science on the topic of residential real estate in France, under the supervision of Arnaud Simon, Senior Lecturer – Maitre de conférences, with habilitation to direct theses (DRM-FINANCE). The research focuses on the dynamics of residential properties’ prices and the influence of recent demographic trends on price formation and territorial differentiation. A chapter on the attractiveness of investing in housing, as part of a multi-assets portfolio, complets this research.
