David Abonneau is Assistant Professor in Management at Paris-Dauphine University (PSL, Dauphine Research in Management, Management & Organization Team). He teaches HRM, management & leadership, organizational theory, quantitative methods in initial training (L3 to M2) and continuing (Executive Master and MBA international).

As part of his research activities, he is mainly interested in dyadic developmental relationships in companies (mentoring, tutoring and coaching), in HRM in SMEs as well as in innovative training methods.

Its work is based on studies conducted in partnership with the OPCA Constructys, the professional organizations of the construction industry and training organizations such as Les compagnons du devoir.
