Kirsty Paoli is a British chartered management accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and director of the MSc AMAIS (Auditing, Management Accounting, and Information Systems) at SKEMA business school. She teaches modules in accounting, management accounting, audit, finance, Power BI and HR Metrics and the Balanced Scorecard.

With 12 years of industry experience in diverse management accounting and audit roles, she skilfully integrates real-life scenarios into these courses. Her attentive monitoring of current business and environmental developments adds innovation and engagement to these diverse classes.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Université Paris-Dauphine (France), focusing on the social construction of the cost of capital. Her research interests revolve around accounting, management accounting, and finance, encompassing sustainability, integrated reporting, integrated thinking and no-code low-code technology.
