Pierre Laniray est enseignant chercheur en sciences de gestion et en théorie des organisations à Dauphine PSL (Paris, France). Ses recherches s'intéressent à la numérisation des pratiques de travail, et l'influence de ce phénomène sur la construction, la consolidation et l'évolution des identités professionnelles. Il est membre du Groupe de recherche Research Group on Collaborative Spaces(RGCS), qui traite des communautés et mouvements collaboratifs en lien avec les nouvelles pratiques de travail (i.e. pluriactifs, travailleurs nomades, télétravailleurs, intrapreneurs, etc.)
