Biographie

Zoran Filipovic is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Université Paris-Dauphine & PSL Research University. He holds a PhD in Finance and Master of Finance from the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) and Università della Svizzera italiana (University of Lugano). His research interests are empirical corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He mainly focuses on behavioral biases and qualitative data using textual analysis. At the Université Paris-Dauphine, he teaches Corporate Finance and Business Valuation master level courses.
